RSI has the ability to print on labels using our Array Imager system. Barcode Labels allow businesses to manage inventories using scannable barcodes at times when direct carton printing is not feasible.
There are also times when you need added security, Print & Apply RFID a method of combining the safeguards of both barcodes and text onto an RFID tag. This provides a back- up or failsafe to the radio frequency by matching a bar code and text to the writing and reading of the smart tag.

In the past numbering was done by an expensive mechanical contact printer as the tags came off a web printing press, not any more. RSI has created a tag printing system that has made the mark on tags.

Glue from the label stock can get on the web the high cost of cleaning or replacing other printhheads if this should happen is quit expensive. If glue gets on the RSI system, the low-cost, snap-in HP cartridges with integral ink nozzles can easily be changed out. The RSI system has virtually no moving parts and is be maintenance-free.
RSI's Windows XP-based Array Software that provides message template creation, the ability to input variable data and the capability to print standard and 2D bar codes, bitmaps and logos. The Array Software also facilitates use of rotatable, scaleable fonts to vary the size, shape and location of the numbers, barcodes and logos according to individual customer requirements.

Additional heads can easily be added to print a total of up to 16 inches if desired, due to the flexibility of RSI software and the versatility of the print head configuration.
Printing in other desirable colors, including red, can be done simply by changing cartridges. The durable HP inks easily stay put with "sweaty hand" and water dunking tests.
